Contact us at  our main office number: 410-730-3399.  Centennial Medical Group phones are answered from 8:30 AM until 1 P.M. and then 2 P.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and  Friday.  On Wednesday the phones are open from 8:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. and from 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.  Patients are seen between 8:30 A.M. and 7 P.M. on  Monday  and  8:30 AM  until 5 PM Tuesday through Friday.
