until 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen between 9 A.M. and 5

to make the appointment process easier, we recommend the following:

have a medical emergency, call 911 and then notify us.
- If you
need an appointment for an urgent matter or need an appointment within 3 days
time, Please call us at 410-730-3399.
- If you
would like to make an appointment that is not as urgent, or is more than 3 days
from now, you can either call us at 410-730-3399 or fill in the form below.
Please tell us when you would like your appointment and with which provider or
service. One of our secretaries will either call you or E-mail you to confirm
the appointment.
- All of
the providers are accepting new patients at this time except for Dr. York-Jordan
whose practice is closed at this time.
