Steven Geller, M.D.  F.A.C.P.  CPI    

Dr. Geller is an Internist. He attended medical school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as a Certified Physician Investigator. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)  for excellence in diabetes care and heart and stroke care for the period 2007-2010 and 2010-2013 and he is also a Past President of the Professional Staff of Howard County General Hospital. His practice is limited to age 15 and older.  Dr. Geller was with Primary Care Specialists  from 1988 to 2000 and with Centennial Medical Group since 2000.  Dr. Geller is the Medical Director for the Centennial Medical Group.


Richard Kolodrubetz, M.D.  F.A.A.F.P.

Dr. Kolodrubetz is a Family Practitioner. He graduated  medical school from  the University of Maryland Medical School. He then completed his residency at the University of Maryland Hospital, and was elected a Fellow of the American Association of Family Practitioners. He is board certified in Family Practice. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)  for excellence in diabetes care and heart and stroke care for the period 2007-2013. As a Family Practice physician Dr. Kolodrubetz sees patients age 3 and older. He is heavily involved in the care of our geriatric and  assisted living patients. Dr. "K" was with Primary Care Specialists from 1986 -2000 before joining the staff of the Centennial Medical Group in 2000.


Joseph Gibbons, M.D.    

Dr. Gibbons is an Internist. His practice is limited to age 15 and older. He attended medical school at West Virginia University and then completed his residency at the Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Gibbons was with Primary Care Specialists from 1989-2000 before joining the staff of the Centennial Medical Group in 2000. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)  for excellence in diabetes care and heart and stroke care for the period 2007-2013.


Walter Chi, M.D.  CPI 

Dr. Chi is a Family Practitioner and sees patients age 3 and older. He completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and graduated from medical school at  the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse. Dr. Chi stayed in Syracuse to do a residency in family practice at St. Joseph's Hospital. He previously worked at Nanuet Medical Professionals in Rockland County, New York before joining Centennial Medical Group in January 2004. He is board certified in Family Practice. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)  for excellence in diabetes care for the period 2007-2013. He is also one of the principal investigators of the research department and is a certified physician investigator. Dr. Chi is also fluent in Mandarin.

Rajiv Dua M.D.

Dr. Rajiv Dua, an Ellicott City native, is a board certified Family Physician and sees patients age 3 and up. He completed his Family Medicine residency from Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center before returning back to his hometown. He joined Centennial Medical Group in September of 2004. His current interests include the treatment of obesity and its related disorders, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, exercise and nutrition. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)  for excellence in diabetes care for the period 2009-2012. He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and has passed the certification examination for the American Board of Bariatric Medicine. He is the director of the CMG medical weight loss program.

Susanne Gibbons, Ph.D, CRNP  
Mrs. Gibbons is a Nurse Practitioner certified in adult and geriatric primary care. Susanne's practice is limited to those age 15 and older. She attended nursing school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She  then received her Master's degree and nurse practitioner training from the University of Maryland professional campus in Baltimore City. Most recently she completed a clinical research doctorate at The Catholic University of America. Susanne has been with our practice since 1993, first with Primary Care Specialists (1993-2000) and then with the current practice, Centennial Medical Group since 2000. Ms. Gibbons is also fluent in German.

Sonja Barsky, CRNP 

Mrs. Barsky is a nurse practitioner who previously worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the department of oncology. She completed her nurse practitioner training and master's degree at Georgetown University and is a certified family nurse practitioner, and so sees patients 3 years old and older.  Please welcome her as she has been with Centennial Medical Group since September 2008. Ms. Barsky is also conversant in Spanish.

Sabrina Wells, CRNP 

Ms. Wells is a nurse practitioner currently working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the department of medicine. She completed her nurse practitioner's training and master's degree at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. She is a certified adult nurse practitioner and so will see patients age 15 and older. She has been with  Centennial Medical Group since November 2008.
